Martin Rubin is a senior lecturer at the University of Bern in the Department of Space Research and Planetary Sciences. His research interests cover a wide range of objects in our solar system, in particular the investigation of comets by means of spacecraft exploration.
Rosetta is a European Space Agency mission with contributions from its member states and NASA. Operating such a complex mission with its 11 instruments and Philae lander is a success story in itself, but Rosetta’s greatest success is the science it delivered.
