Target Marker at Opposition

Target Marker at Opposition
Target Marker at Opposition With the Sun directly behind Hayabusa2 on 8 January 2019, the tiny target marker makes its presence known by its brilliant reflecting glint (yellow arrow). Ryugu looks strangely flat because in this geometry, called opposition, Hayabusa2 can see no cast shadows.
