A Path from the Lunar Module

A Path from the Lunar Module
A Path from the Lunar Module Apollo 14's lunar module sits in the distance, nearly overwhelmed by the morning sun. The bright tracks were made by the wheeled Modular Equipment Transporter, pulled by astronauts Alan Shepard and Ed Mitchell during their second moonwalk. The wheels compressed the lunar regolith, creating a flat surface that reflected light from the sun. NASA (AS14-67-9367)
