Tatsundo Yamamoto
Former Scientist, Institute of Space and Astronomical Science
Tatsundo Yamamoto was a scientist at Japan's Institute of Space and Astronomical Science (ISAS). He worked on the Planet-B (Nozomi) mission, and was instrumental in the GEOTAIL mission as a leading member of the magnetometer team. He passed away from cancer on February 20, 1998, sadly before the launch of Planet-B.
