Scott Booher

Heavily influenced by the works of Carl Sagan, and inspired by optimistic science fiction, Scott is thrilled to work with the premier organization that enables everyday folks like himself (a long-time member) help to create a promising future through space science and exploration.

As Director of Development, Scott brings over 15 years of prior experience in training and managing fundraising systems to help The Planetary Society’s fundraising, membership, and communications teams engage with our members and increase our collective impact.

Scott has a dry sense of humor, and outside of work, can be seen walking to his car.
