Morning fog in Tharsis
Photos of Mars taken by Mars Express' VMC on May 23, 2010, shortly after Mars' northern summer solstice, show a foggy morning among the Tharsis montes of Mars, whose peaks rise above the cloud. (Arsia mons, at lower left, has fog within its summit caldera.)
