Puzzling out the changes at the Philae first landing site
Puzzling out the changes at the Philae first landing site The two images in this animation come from Philae (the ROLIS descent camera image taken from an altitude of 40 meters) and Rosetta (an OSIRIS image taken from orbit just after the Philae landing). There are several visible changes between the ROLIS "before" and OSIRIS "after" images, but it's not clear what story they tell about the landing.
