Compositional map of the Römker region The map is a composite of Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter images and Clementine infrared data, in which false colors indicate areas of different composition. The uncolored band is an area of missing data. A few other small patches of missing data have been cosmetically filled. The blue region is the preferred landing area in younger lava flows. Phil Stooke
