Ara is an undergrad in electrical engineering at Cal Poly Pomona. In his spare time he builds UAVs, robots, and time machines. He's worked for JPL/NASA for 3 years developing software tools for reliability/environmental testing for spacecraft electronics.

Time is kept differently on Mars. This is because Mars itself rotates a little slower than Earth. This proves to be a pain when it comes to timekeeping.
