High-resolution color mosaic of Europa from Voyager 2 This mosaic of Europa, the only high resolution (2.4 km/pixel) color observation of Europa by Voyager 2, is composed of five color frames. Each frame is a composite from orange, violet, and blue images from Voyager 2 taken at distance of 240,000 km from Europa on July 9, 1979.
