This "super-res" view is at about 166% of the original scale of the images; it was made by stacking the original images to improve resolution, and overlaying color information on the stacked image. The original observation included two photos taken through the clear filter, and one each through violet and green filters. Titania is Uranus' largest moon. There is another version of this image with its night side enhanced, showing features barely visible by Uranus-shine.
