Project Manager, Hayabusa mission

Hayabusa Project Manager Junichiro Kawaguchi and his team are celebrating the arrival of the spacecraft at asteroid Itokawa, and are preparing to gather samples for return to Earth. We talk to him, and to former JPL Director Bruce Murray, about this mission. Emily Lakdawalla explains how an ice volcano may work, and Bruce Betts weaves a tapestry of wonders in this week's What's Up segment, including a middle-aged space trivia question.
