Planetary Society President Jim Bell Testifies Before Congress

Washington, D.C.

On September 10, Planetary Society president Jim Bell will join the Subcommittee on Space in Washington, D.C. for a congressional hearing entitled Exploring Our Solar System: The ASTEROIDS Act as a Key Step. President Bell will be joined by fellow witnesses Dr Jim Green, NASA Planetary Science Division; Dr. Philip Christensen, NRC Committee on Astrobiology and Planetary Science and NRC Planetary Decadal Survey; Dr. Mark Sykes, Planetary Science Institute; and Joanne Gabrynowicz, University of Mississippi.

This event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP if you plan to attend (not required). The hearing will also be webcast live.
