NASA's Europa Multiple-Flyby Mission, mid-2016 concept NASA's latest mission concept uses solar panels for power and would fly by Europa 43 times over a minimum of 3.3 years to determine the composition of the ice sheet, the depth of the ocean, and to provide high-resolution imagery of the surface.
