It's difficult even to draw a map of Hyperion because its tumbling means it has no consistent spin pole. Cassini mostly saw the same face of Hyperion repeatedly, and that face bears most of its named features. Download this map as a PDF file. Visit the IAU/USGS Gazetteer of Planetary Nomenclature for up-to-date maps and name origin information.
