Go Back

In and out of Hidden Valley, Curiosity sols 711 and 712 Curiosity attempted to drive across the sand ripples of Hidden Valley on sol 709, but found the sand to be too slippery. On sol 710 the rover backed out of the ripples and took photos to try to understand why the ripples were more slippery than expected.
