The famous Great Red Spot is not visible, but a white oval spot is visible in the southern hemisphere, at approx. 5 o'clock position. It might well be the one called Oval BA, the progenitor to the now well known "Red Spot Junior". Distance: 43.8 million km. Phase angle: 17 degrees.
