The Planetary Society helped bring together two students, Palestinian Tariq Adwan and Israeli Yuval Landau, to work with scientists on an experiment to test the concept of 'panspermia.' As of this show's airdate, their work was circling the Earth on Space Shuttle Columbia. The experiment was later lost in the Columbia reentry disaster.

Questions and Answers addresses whether a deep impact sent bits of Earth life into the Solar System. What's Up? is up to monkey business, and offers our newest space trivia contest.
