Thomas Jukes

Thomas Jukes was a professor of biophysics at the University of California, Berkeley. He served as chairman, Life Sciences as Related to Space, for COSPAR (the Committee on Space Research, International Council of Scientific Unions) from 1979 to 1984. He passed away on November 1, 1999.
