Topics: Planetary Radio Live, events and announcements, Planetary Radio, Bill Nye

Program note: If you will be in southern California on April 30, 2010, please join us at the public radio station KPCC's newly completed Mohn Broadcast Center at 7 pm for Planetary Radio's first-ever show recorded before a live studio audience! Here's the full details on the planned event. Guests will include the usual suspects Mat Kaplan, Bruce Betts, Bill Nye, and, of course, me, plus SpaceX Director of Structural Design Jeff Richichi and JPL pioneer James Burke. Join us if you can!

(Note: we are using Brown Paper Tickets to manage seat reservations. You need to click on the link that says "I wish to buy tickets for this event [Begin Order]." Don't be scared by the word "buy;" the event is free.)

Essential Advocacy

Our Advocacy Program provides each Society member a voice in the process.

Funding is critical. The more we have, the more effective we can be, translating into more missions, more science, and more exploration.
