Peter Mattisson

Peter Mattisson is an amateur astronomer and the Vice Chairman at the Stockholm Amateur Astronomers (STAR) in Sweden. He is also an astrophotographer, spaceflight enthusiast and a passionate eclipse chaser with three total solar eclipses seen so far. STAR promotes astronomy-related activities for members and non-members, novice to expert. A wide spectrum of astronomy interests are explored at STAR through regular meetings, workshops, use of its two club observatories, public outreach and regional star parties.
