Andrew Nelson is Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development for Xcor Aerospace, which is building the Lynx sub-orbital space plane. He leads the business team that, among other things, is establishing commercial operations at lcoations around the US and the world. Andrew also originated the "wet lease" concept that is at the core of the company's business development.
