André Brahic

André Brahic is an astronomer and physicist who discovered the rings of Neptune. He is an astrophysicist at the Commission for Atomic Energy and Alternative Energies (CEA), and a professor at the University of Paris. He is on the imaging team for the Cassini spacecraft. In 1990, the asteroid (3488) Brahic was named in is honor.
