Dawn launch no earlier than September 26

I originally had a launch period of September 7 to October 15 for the delayed Dawn launch, but according to NASA's launch schedule, Dawn is now launching no earlier than September 26. That's shifted it after Kaguya (and also, thankfully, after Cassini's encounter with Iapetus).
