What's new on the Society's website? Lou Friedman writes in a new "From the Executive Director" letter about The Planetary Society's new (well, in the last couple of years) commitment to advocating for increased monitoring of Earth from space.

Mat Kaplan asks if the cute little robotic star of the new Disney Pixar film WALL*E can excite young people about space exploration and point the way to the future of robotics.

We had some action on the issue of budget cuts to the Arecibo Observatory last week -- read our press release and Amir Alexander's update.
