After several weeks of forgetting to submit a post I've finally gotten my act together to participate once again in the weekly roundup of space blogs, the Carnival of Space, which is hosted this week over at a blog I hadn't read before, New Frontiers. Check it out!
And while I'm posting links to stuff, you might also be interested in reading the six statements agreed upon at the workshop held Tuesday and Wednesday at Stanford to examine the future of human space exploration.
And Monday's Planetary Radio show features an interview with Sean Solomon, Principal Investigator on the MESSENGER mission, on their recent successful flyby.
And Amir Alexander posted an update on the status of the Stardust@home project, in which the Stardust@home team travel to Johnson Space Center to test methods for picokeystone extraction. (Read the update to find out what the heck that means.)
And there are two updates on Society projects: Lou Friedman explains how our members made a difference in the NASA budget process, and Bruce Betts announces that the Society has joined the Center for Strategic and International Studies' Joint Working Group on Earth Observation and Global Change.
