Roger Wiens is a planetary scientist and Fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He is the project leader for both the ChemCam instrument aboard the Mars Curiosity rover currently operating on Mars and the new SuperCam instrument, slated for the Mars 2020 rover.
