The Planetary Society has just named seven more recipients of Shoemaker NEO (Near Earth Object) Grants. We check in with two past awardees to hear how they contribute to the worldwide watch for asteroids and comets that cross the Earth's path, sometimes with catastrophic results. Emily Lakdawalla explains why we believe there are oceans under the surface ice on moons like Europa.
