Though he passed away 10 years ago, new works by planetary scientist and science communicator Carl Sagan continue to appear. His widow and longtime collaborator, Ann Druyan, has edited a series of expansive and eloquent lectures Carl delivered more than 20 years ago. We hear from her, as well as from Carl himself, in a message recorded for the first human visitors to Mars. A regular report from Sally Ride Science also premieres, with the first American woman in space describing what could be the first airplane on Mars. And the winner of our fourth anniversary grand prize is revealed by Bruce Betts and Mat Kaplan during What's Up as well as a new space trivia contest with a new prize: "The Year in Space" weekly calendar!
