What awaits the next generation of explorers in our solar system?

And do we envision those explorers traversing alien worlds on six wheels or two feet?

Join the Association of Space Explorers (ASE) and The Planetary Society for a special public presentation in conjunction with ASE’s Second National Congress. The ASE is the professional and educational organization of more than 300 individuals from 29 nations who have flown in space.

Leaders in human and robotic space exploration will discuss exploration ventures, with new goals for sending humans to the Moon and Mars and for new space-faring nations stepping into the solar system.  Panelists will present perspectives of scientists seeking to unravel mysteries of other worlds and astronauts serving as humankind's emissaries into the solar system.

Featuring

Tom Jones, former NASA Astronaut & Planetary Scientist (Moderator)
Louis Friedman, Executive Director, The Planetary Society
Jeff Hoffman, former NASA Astronaut & professor, MIT
