Cometary activity subsided on Rosetta's target comet as the spacecraft approached. This photo was taken from a distance of 430,000 kilometers with an exposure time of 67 seconds.

The photo has been enlarged by a factor of two with nearest-neighbor sampling to preserve the appearance of pixels.
