Underwater on Europa?
A future mission to Jupiter’s moon Europa may deploy an autonomous submarine to explore Europa’s subsurface ocean to look for signs of life, concentrated either at ocean-floor hydrothermal vents or clinging to the ice-ocean interface.

(Note that an actual Europa mission would probably not feature a tether, nor would Europa's under-ice ocean receive sunlight from above.)
