The Acidalia mounds in 3D
Two overlapping images by the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter CTX camera were combined to create this view of the enigmatic Acidalia mounds. The whole image is about 25 kilometers wide by 40 kilometers tall. The "click to enlarge" version has a resolution of 20 meters per pixel.
