Pink Cliffs, Curiosity sol 780
Pink Cliffs is an outcrop located just to the south of the Confidence Hills location, where Curiosity drilled upon arriving at the Pahrump Hills field location. Curiosity imaged Pink Cliffs in the middle of a drive on sol 780 (October 16, 2014), and returned to it on sol 807 to perform closer study with MAHLI and APXS.
