Global map of hotspots
Global Map of hotspots as seen by Juno’s JIRAM instrument. 124 distinct hotspots were observed across four observations between March and December 2017. The colors of each spot denote peak brightness in JIRAM data: (in order of increasing intensity) blue, teal, red, and yellow. Intensity was not adjusted by incidence or emission angles.
