Sinus Iridum is the planned landing site for Chang'e 3. Arrow shows location of Soviet Lunokhod 1 rover. This is a mosaic of Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Wide-Angle Camera images; it covers an area about 360 kilometers wide.
