Earth from Hayabusa2 Hayabusa2 took this photo with its optical navigation camera (ONC-T) on December 4, 2015, before flying past Earth for its gravity assist to asteroid Ryugu. At the time, it was 340,000 kilometers from Earth. Ice-covered Antarctica is at the center of the image, and Australia near the top.
