The 4 largest planets are all covered with a gaseous envelope of hydrogen and helium mixed with icy materials that make colorful clouds. All 4 are encircled by rings. Under the surface, they are very different. Here, the interior structures of the 4 worlds are shown to scale with each other. The table describes the planets’ physical properties as compared to Earth.
