Planetary Deep Drill auger above gypsum borehole The auger/drill bit, in other words the drilling end of the Planetary Deep Drill, suspended above the hole it was drilling (down to more than 13 meters at the time this was taken) in gypsum during the first field test of the system in December 2015.
