Credit for these images belongs to ESA / MPS, Katlenburg-Lindau, Germany. The full data set is available by FTP here. It represents about a third of the VMC data from Venus Express' first 300 orbits of Venus, the fraction taken through the ultraviolet filter. At present, only thumbnails are shown; the thumbnails link to the .IMG formatted images on the FTP site. They can be converted to PNG format using Björn Jónsson's IMG2PNG utility. Eventually, this page will be upgraded to show all data, converted to PNG format; this page is intended to give a preliminary overview.
