Curiosity Landing

I was on the edge of my seat at 3.30 pm 6th August in N.S.W. Australia and when the notification was made that it had landed, I was jumping around like those in the control room, also knowing that what we were watching was being transmitted around the world from a few hundred kilometers from my home - Canberra. It was deja vue. When I was in the Military I watched the Moon landing again been transmitted from a few hundred kilometers from my home - Parkes.

Any chemistry and chemical isotope findings turned up by Curiosity will probably be my chief interest including what such data implies about the formation of our universe and the fostering of life-forms therein. I hope much of such findings will get duly reported along with the spectacular space shots to be expected.
