Chasing Asteroid 1998 QWE2

Kai Staats

August 1, 2013

Asteroid 1998 QE2 passed the Earth, its closest approach in 200 years the final days of May 2013. The South African Astronomical Observatory was part of an international effort to record its passing. I was honoured to be a part of the team, capturing the event in this short documentary film: www.saao.ac.za
