My Vision for Colonizing Space

I would like to see a long range plan over the next 1000 years for colonizing the Moon, Mars, and all habitable planetary moons and asteroids as far out as Nepture as a stepping stone until human kind figures out a way to go to the stars. Also, we need to protect our planet from global warming so it does not become unihabitale over that 1000 year period.
