Moon base in the next 10 years

I would like to see a Moon base in the next 10 years and a Mars base in the next 20 years. From both we could begin deep space exploration

Our researchers, worldwide, do absolutely critical work.

Asteroid 2012DA14 was a close one.
It missed us. But there are more out there.
