Forward to infinity

There are many ways to deal with space exploration, with human presence or through robotic avatars. I think what both options are valid and important, for example robotics avatars enable future human presence thanks to their experiments but after you need genuine human ingenuity to take the next steps. Human exploration of our solar system can be made possible with enough work and constant dedication. I know what human interstellar travels are only a matter of science fiction right now, but again if we work hard enough future generations of humans, after colonization of the solar system maybe can take that journey.
Speaking of "today" space exploration, I wish to see missions to Europa and Titan, new surfaces explorations of Venus, orbiters in the most outer planets. There is much to be know and much science to be discovered, we can't give up in this if we want a long future for human kind. A moon base is the ideal first permanent human presence in space, and after a Mars one. Both with different challenges for each. This process must be constant and only will be possible with the work of several generations devote to this kind of endeavor, our generation will not see much of this, but as Sagan says: "We began as wanderers, and we are wanderers still. We have lingered long enough on the shores of the cosmic ocean. We are ready at last to set sail for the stars." We must not only think in future years or decades of human science and exploration, but think also in the next centuries.

Asteroid 2012DA14 was a close one.
It missed us. But there are more out there.
