Planetary Society President Jim Bell will give a talk in Melbourne, Australia on July 10. Jointly sponsored with the Mars Society, the event will take place in the Fritz Loewe Theatre at the School of Earth Sciences, University of Melbourne. Jim is the Payload Element Lead for the Mars Exploration Rover "Pancam" multispectral, stereoscopic imaging systems on the Spirit and Opportunity rovers.

So, expect great images in his presentation about the exciting discoveries made on Mars in the last five years, including evidence of water in the planet's history.
